Few days left to finish your degree course or master degree course all company start coming to colleges to select a right candidates to their company. Some students have good at Syllabus related topic and they have scored very good marks in all semesters, but the problem is they won’t have the capacity to attend Interview in a successful manner or they fail in Interview process. So, in this post I am trying to point out few mistakes or tips to attend an Interview in a successful manner based on my personal experience.
As I said above company start coming to college during the end of the college days, In the same way in our college also for campus interview they start coming during the end of the degree college days. I’m not so good at syllabus and all, but when the Interview came to our college I selected in that Interview with leading points these is because of few things I follow during Interview time. I would like to share those few things here in this post to succeed in Interview.
Fear..??
I can say most of the students start fearing before attending the Interview and start thinking what the question they may ask me? Can I really able to answer those questions.. and something like this start wandering around their brain and they start loosing confidence about themselves. This makes the students not to answer even to the well know question.
Sol’n: First think that the interviewer, who came to Interview you.., assume them as your close friend (The friend you feel free to talk or share your opinion) and start answering to those questions asked by Interviewer. And one more thing is, don’t think that you’re attending an interview, just feel that your simply sharing your opinion regarding to their question. These things make you feel free to answer any question asked by the Interviewer without leaving any confidence.
Eye contact and Hand Shake:
When you’re trying to answer to the question asked by the Interviewer make sure you’re answering by looking at their eye. This makes the Interviewer you’re confident and Honesty and Sincerity about that answer.
Same as Eye contact in Interview, Hand Shake also play their own role in showing your enthusiasm to join and to work with the company. Always give hand shake without hesitation and without gender discrimination (male or female).
Body Language:
The most important thing they are going to look in the interview. They need how you’re going to give an explanation or convince to others though your body language. Always try to show your sayings with body language without forget. It attracts Interviewer to choose you for their company.
Smiling Face:
Always keep your face in smiling face mode.. It helps to grab Interviewer attention to your side and it give feelings to your answers.
Dress Sense:
Always wear clean and Ironed formal, avoid Jeans. Better to go for polished shoes instead of chapels.
Most Expected Questions in Interview:
- About Yourself
- Know about their company (CEO, GM)
- Your Biggest Weakness?
- Why do you want to work for this organization?
- Why should we hire you?
- What are your strengths?
- Know basic type question related to your education.
And other questions. Know good answer for those question before attending any Interview.
