How to Import the Keepass database from Dropbox in MiniKeePass

Importing Keepass database from dropbox is really easy, but for the first time you may get confused about it. In this post I will be showing you how to import keepass database (*.kdbx) from your dropbox account to your MiniKeepass app on iPhone.

MiniKeepass and DropBox:

For importing database for minikeepass (iPhone version of keepass) from dropbox first you need two things.

1. MiniKeepass App
2. Dropbox App

Install both app in your iphone. Now open dropbox app, and login to your dropbox account. After login navigate to Keepass database (*.Kdbx) in your dropbox app. Once you see the keepass database just tap on the database. Now you will see an error message as

Unable to view file

This file type can’t be viewed

Whenever we saw that error message we thought that, it is not possible to open the keepass file in dropbox. But wait, there is one more option available below that error message. Just have a look on the “Right Side” below the error message, You will see some option like squarebox with an arrow, Click on that option.

Now you will get MiniKeePass option,now select MiniKeepass option.

After selecting this MiniKeepass option open MiniKeepass App. Now you will see the imported database, enter the password and start using it.

The official orkut team recently launched the App for iOS devices. But this news not covered by most of the tech blogs, as you might know that orkut is not much popular these days. Anyway, Now iPhone or iPod users can download the official orkut app in iTunes store. It looks like the app is not much popular in app store, there are only few members given the review for this app and all those review is in other than English language. I think that language is Portuguess.

Error 651 with PPPoE connections in Windows 7 [FIX]

When you try to share your broadband connection in windows 7 OS you will see Error 651. The complete error message will look like

Connecting through WAN Miniport (PPPOE)…

Error 651: The modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error.

If you’re getting this message then here is solution to fix this error.

Error 651:

Background of Error 651:

You see this error only when you try to connect/share your broadband connection with one or more devices. It works fine if you don’t try to share your broadband connection.

This error comes because of wrong configuration on your modem settings. In you modem configuration we have to enable the multiple device sharing option. This settings will be usually done by the internet service provider (ISP) with our system. If they have not done or configured your modem to share internet connection then here I will tell you the process how to configure your modem to share your broadband connection.

How to Fix Error 651 in Windows 7:

Recently I have taken BSNL (Internet service provider) Broadband connection, When I try to share the broadband connection with my Windows Xp (desktop) and Windows 7 (laptop) it started showing error. After I called the BSNL officer to configure modem to share broadband connection on other devices. Here are the two solution to fix Error 651.

Solution 1: Call your Internet service provider (in my case BSNL) to configure the modem settings to share Internet connection.

Solution 2: Fix yourself!. To fix yourself just follow the steps as show below

Note: Before doing this remove all existing broadband connection which you have created before by going to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Manage Wireless Networks

1. Open modem configuration Page, to do that open any browser in the address enter http://192.168.1.1/

2. It will ask the username and password (in my case admin and admin). If it is something different in your case then check the manual which comes through the modem

3. In the left hand side you will see some options, click on the Configuration tab. In configuration select Internet Connection

4. The Internet connection configuration window will display like this. But in your case the last option will be bridge_0_35. You have to delete the option bridge_0_35 by clicking on the delete icon

4. Now below that you will see Add> button, just click on the Add> button you will be taken to next page fill the page will below details

PVC Name: ppoe_0_35

VPI: 0

VCI: 35

Service Category: UBR With PCR

Peak Cell Rate: 0

and then click Next> button

5. Now you will be in Configuration Connection Type page, here you select

Protocol: PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE)

Encapsulation Type: LLC/SNAP

and click Next

6. In the next page you will be in the Configuration WAN IP Settings page, in that

select Obtain an IP address automatically

Check Enable NAT

and Add Default Route

then click Next

7. Now you will be in “Configure Broadband User Name and Password” page

Service Name: dataone (you can give any name)

Broadband User Name: Enter the username which is given by ISP (mostly landline number)

Password: Enter the password given by ISP

Confirm Password: Enter the same password as entered above

Session established by:

Select Always On to automatically connect to the internet on windows startup (no dialing needed)

Then click Next

8. This is the last step, just click apply.

Now open your browser on any of the PC (if you’re sharing Internet) and start browsing. Now onwards you don’t need to manually dial to connect to internet. It automatically connects on windows startup. I hope your search ends here for “Error 651”.

Installing Oracle 11g on Windows Operating System

Last sem we have a DBMS lab in our course in that time we need to install oracle software to work with sqlplus. Installing oracle is easy, but it is not the same as installing other application software. If something went wrong in installing oracle software then you cannot easily reinstall the same oracle software again without formatting. But you can uninstall oracle completely and reinstall fresh copy of oracle software without formatting your PC.

In this post I will be going to installing oracle 11g on windows 7 64bit PC. The same procedure you can follow to install on other windows OS like XP, Vista 32/64bit PC.

Installing Oracle 11g on Windows 7:

1.In Oracle 11g folder click on the setup icon. After that you will see the window like as show below. In Installation Type: choose Enterprise Edition (2.9GB). In Database Password: and Confirm Password: field. Fill those field with tiger and click Install button.

2. In the next step you will see window like below. In this window when you click Next button will get some error like

“Some required prerequisite checks have failed. Please make sure the system meets all the requirements before install can proceed.”

3. To fix that error just check the first two options i.e.,

Checking physical memory requirements…

Checking Network Configuration requirements..

check both the options and then click Next button to continue installation of Oracle 11g

4. It will ask permission like this click “Allow access” button to allow it

5. In this step we don’t have to do anything, just click Next button

6. Here you click Install button

7. It will start Installing the products, we nothing to do here

8. In this step don’t click any button just wait for few moments

9. Don’t do anything here, when it completed it will display one more window(shown in step 10)

10. Click Ok button

11. Now our oracle 11g is completely installed on our pc and this is the last step. Click Exit button here

12. It will ask for the confirmation like “Do you really want to exit?” click Yes

That’s it, now you have completely installed oracle 11g Pc.

This trick is something new which I found when I’m using way2sms.com website. Most of them familiar with way2sms, a website which helps in sending sms online for free of cost. With the help of way2sms website now you can able to send free sms with a dead sim card, Yes, with dead SIM card you can really send sms to your friends, girl friends, boy friends or even to your enemy and can have some fun.

Way2sms:

way2sms is a website which helps in sending sms from your PC to any mobile number (supports 160 countries) for free of cost. To start using way2sms you have to register to their website first with your mobile number and then you can start using it to send sms from your pc.

How to send SMS from a dead SIM using way2sms?

Before you start sending SMS from a dead SIM card, your SIM must be in active, because we have to first register to way2sms with valid and working SIM card, otherwise it is not possible to register to their website (they send password to your mobile number). So in order to register to their site we must have an active sim card.

Once you registered to way2sms with a valid sim card, they will send a sms which contains your way2sms password. Keep this password in a safe place with you mobile number (this is the username in way2sms). And now allow the SIM card to dead. Once your sim card is dead you can now login to your way2sms account with the dead sim card number and password. Once you login to your way2sms account you are ready send sms from a dead sim card.

When you login to your way2sms choose SEND SMS option don’t choose GROUP SMS option. Because when you choose send sms option, the sms looks like natural has sent from mobile only. When you choose GROUP SMS option it looks like sms sent from Internet.

The user who received that message, if they try to call to that number it will say “Number doesn’t exist” the receiver will get shocked with that automated announcement from cellular company. So you can have a fun with your friends with dead sim card.

India’s No.1 Telecommunication Company BSNL Website Got Hacked

Today BSNL website hacked by some Pakistani hacker “KhantastiC haX0r“. BSNL, the leading Indian telecommunication company official website seems to be hacked by some Pakistani hacker. The official bsnl home page, and all other pages are opening normally and functioning also but only one page it is displaying it has been hacked.

In BSNL home page http://www.bsnl.co.in/ nothing changes you are going to see, but one page i.e., at http://bsnl.co.in/tender1/ you will see the web page which is saying it is has been hacked by Pakistani hacker.

I think hacker managed to access the bsnl server and he kept one html file in root folder. Also when you open that hacked page you will listen some beautiful music!! yes.

When I first visit (I think at 11.00PM) that hacked bsnl page, no music was added. But after some time (at 11.30PM) when I Reopen that hacked page I started listening music. It means that hacker still updating the html page.

The hacker gave the reason why he has hacked BSNL website by saying “Indian G**** hacked our Paki sites” (you can view full message given by the hacker by clicking on the above image).
